as it was and is

In ancient times, the teachings of the human system were conveyed through symbolic representations drawn upon the earth with a stick or stone. This wisdom arose through contemplation of the governing laws of nature and careful observation of how the human body, like all living beings, responds and adapts to the ever-changing rhythms of the seasons.

Just as the stars and the cosmos exist in dynamic equilibrium, so too was human wellbeing understood as a practice of continual alignment rather than a matter of belief. To cultivate this harmony, one must first learn to tune the body’s subtle energy points by gently turning awareness inward. Where awareness rests, energy flows.

Through years of study and practice, I have come to appreciate its enduring value and its ability to help maintain wellness and good health.

There is a great deal of misleading information out there. As an act of kindness, my goal is to shed light on this practice and share its true principles with clarity and sincerity. I hope this ancient wisdom will inspire others to explore its potential benefits for their own wellbeing.

The Shift Theory

This theory is founded upon the complementary polarities of Yin and Yang. It predates the development of written language, these principles were thought through symbolic representations based on the logical observation of nature. They provided a means of understanding the universe through its laws of change and of depicting the phenomena of the natural world.

The symbols are expressed as solid and broken lines, representing the complementary forces of Yin and Yang. The solid line signifies an active, firm, or reinforcing quality, while the broken line signifies a receptive, yielding, or weakening quality. Together, they illustrate the dynamic interplay through which all natural phenomena arise, transform, and return to equilibrium.

Yin and Yang are relative, not absolute. Something can be Yin in one context and Yang in another. For example, water is Yin compared to fire, but steam is Yang compared to water

The Drawings

The three visual schematics for the practice are The Taiji Drawing, The River Map, and The Stream Scroll.

The Taiji Drawing

It illustrates The Shift Theory and shows the division of energies and formation of forces from its core.

The Core first differentiates into its supportive and opposing energies, from which the four sub-energy states emerge. These four sub-energy states then interact to create the eight possible complementary groupings, each representing a unique energetic balance.

These eight complementary groupings are collectively known as The Eight Trigrams. Each trigram symbolises one of the eight fundamental earthly phenomena.

The River Map & The Stream Scroll

The ancient River Map and Stream Scroll show a balance state of energy based on The Taiji Drawing principles. It is a mapping of the biofield energy points.

The correct way of drawing The River Map is in a circular manner, and The Stream Scroll should be drawn in a square form. All white dots denote supportive energies and black dots opposing energies.

In The River Map if you subtract each group of adjoined dots you will end up with 5, 5 being a representation of humans. It represents the human’s five innate energy points.

In The Stream Scroll if you add up the number of dots in any vertical, horizontal, or diagonal sequence you will end up with 15. 15 being the total sum of The Taiji Drawing branches; Core (1) +Supportive & Opposing Energies (2) + The Four Sub Energies (4) + The Eight Complementarity Groups (8) = 15.

The middle five adjoined dots in The River Map represents our innate energy points, while the middle five adjoined dots in The Stream Scroll represents our acquired energy points. These are the ten main energy points of the energetic anatomy system which is within you.

The names referring to river and stream arises from their connection to the human body’s fluid, which embodies our essence.

The Wellness Force

These energy points make you human as a being. You can rejuvenate them by directing your flow of force, partly through cell signalling transduction. As your energy points are cultivated, they will become stronger, and you will feel them resonating more deeply.

These points can be at their purest or strongest state. If left unattained, it deteriorates along with the physical body as one age, and by then you won’t have control over it.

All life forms possess a certain essence of their creator, much like a child inherits its parents’ genes. Humans are created within this sphere, so we do possess certain of Earth’s abilities and attributes, as we do share some similar elemental composition with the stars.

To Live with Clarity and Good Health

The purpose is to discover true wellness and unlock the true potential of oneself by understanding our energy points and the methods of cultivating them. By fostering this understanding, we create the foundation for a deeper connection to life.

Nature embodies a distinct form of interconnectedness, and developing an understanding of this concept requires individuals to live in harmony with their own bodily systems.

It also provides greater clarity regarding various aspects of life and broader existential concerns.

I have dedicated my remaining time here to travel and teach, with the intention that people understand how energy works in the body and the methods of regulating it for their own good health. My practice is not the conventional cross-legged meditation method; rather, it will be taught in a standing and/or sleeping posture.

Alternately the knowledge presented here may be solely for your awareness, and I hope it may be helpful in some way.
