# The Living Equilibrium Within > energy points and wellness ## Pages - [人体修习之法](https://strigduf.com/%e4%bf%ae%e8%ba%ab%e4%b9%8b%e7%90%86/): 古今一道 古者,立象画地以传人体修习之法。 - [theory](https://strigduf.com/theory/): as it was and is In ancient times, the teachings of the human system were conveyed through symbolic representations drawn upon the earth with a stick or stone. This wisdom arose through contemplation of the governing laws of nature and careful observation of how the human body, like all living beings, responds and adapts to the ever-changing rhythms of the seasons. Just as the stars and the cosmos exist in dynamic equilibrium, so too was human wellbeing understood as a practice of continual alignment rather than a matter of belief. To cultivate this harmony, one must first learn to tune the […] - [extra](https://strigduf.com/extra/): The Book of Changes / I-Ching 易经 The Chinese character 易 (yì ) means “change” or “shift.” According to traditional interpretation, it is associated with the chameleon or lizard, whose ability to change colour symbolises adaptation and transformation. Here is a brief introduction to The Book of Changes. While imprisoned, King Wen of Zhou arranged the eight trigrams to act out the possible sixty-four hexagrams based on The Shift Theory. With each individual lines a notion of a situation gradually in change. King Wen is said to have reflected deeply on these patterns, perhaps using them to contemplate his own fate […] - [home](https://strigduf.com/): our energy points The human body is conventionally studied as a biochemical machine, a collection of organs, tissues, and molecular pathways governed by measurable physical processes. Yet this model is incomplete. Beneath and beyond biochemistry, the human system is fundamentally an electrodynamic and informational network. Life cannot be explained by chemical reactions alone. Every cell generates an electromagnetic field. The heart produces electrical field stronger than the brain. The nervous system runs on action potentials, connective tissue exhibits piezoelectric properties, and cells communicate through biophoton emission and coherent bioelectric signals. In other words, the physical body is organised and sustained by […] ## Optional - [Agent (MCP protocol)](websites-agents.hostinger.com/strigduf.com/mcp) [comment]: # (Generated by Hostinger Tools Plugin)
